No data protection officer has been appointed, as the conditions set out in Article 37 of the Regulation do not apply.

The infrastructure hosting this site automatically records, for every request it receives, the originating IP address, the browser and operating system type, the date and time, and the address of the page requested.

This data is not used to identify anyone. It serves to deliver the site, detect malfunctions and protect it from abuse. The legal basis is the controller’s legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f).

It is retained only as long as strictly necessary for those purposes, and in any case according to the terms applied by the hosting provider.

The contacts page may display a map provided by Google. The map is not loaded when the page opens: it appears only after you press the consent button.

From that moment Google receives your IP address, your device and browser data, and may set its own cookies. The legal basis is consent, Article 6(1)(a).

Consent is optional and can be withdrawn at any time by clearing this site’s data from your browser. Without consent the rest of the page, including the address, remains fully readable.

The fonts used by this site are served from the same domain you are visiting. They are not requested from Google Fonts or from any other external provider.

This means that simply opening a page and reading its text does not send your IP address to any third-party server. No consent is needed and no data is transmitted.

If you write to the addresses or call the numbers published on this site, the data contained in your message is processed for the sole purpose of replying to you, on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding to those who contact us.

Messages are kept for as long as the exchange requires.

It has no registration forms, sends no commercial communications, sells nothing and takes no orders.

It uses no statistics or audience measurement tools, does not profile visitors and applies no automated decision-making.

It processes none of the special categories of data listed in Article 9 of the Regulation.

The hosting provider processes browsing data as a processor within the meaning of Article 28 of the Regulation.

Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC process the data connected with the map, and only if you have given consent.

Both involve a transfer to the United States. The transfer relies on the adequacy decision adopted by the European Commission on 10 July 2023 concerning the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where that decision does not apply to the individual recipient, on the standard contractual clauses adopted by the Commission.

Beyond these cases the data is neither communicated nor disseminated.

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. These are Articles 15 to 22 of the Regulation.

You may withdraw consent for the map whenever you wish, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

If you believe the processing infringes the Regulation you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The one competent for the controller is the Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden, poststelle@datenschutz.hessen.de.

Alternatively you may turn to the authority of your own country of residence or of the place where you believe the infringement occurred, as provided by Article 77 of the Regulation.
